Your homepage should be a brief synopsis of who you are and what you do. It is best to be specific and use words with which current clients would resonate. You are trying to attract clients that would benefit from your services; those clients with whom you feel it is a pleasure to work. If there are particular areas outside of your chosen expertise, pregnancy for example, it is best to not even mention it. Yes pregnancy and acupuncture have a good relationship, however, if this is not your cup of tea, making mention of it will only take space away from the subjects you do enjoy.
